This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Chia Pet' costume creator:
Paige was turned into a Chia pet. The costume was made from individual sprigs of plastic boxwood glued to a tee shirt. The legs were then attached . There were made with clay colored material. The idea came from seeing a chia pet dog and iI looked at Paige and had to do it. I came up with the how to make it. It took a while to glue but the final result was worth it.
