This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Guylaine, the 'The Convict and the Police' costume creator:
The police is my mini poodle Choupette and the convict is Leyla the chihuahua!
The costumes fits them personality since "Choupou" is a high energy , bossy alpha type of girl and "Leyla-Loo" can be mischievous.
Both, at age 12 and 3 are very friendly , playfull and do not mind at all the dressing up . They are actually loving it!
The idea came when i saw the police car at the store. I bought it for $ 3 Dollars and a set of handcuffs . l sewn them on an old jacket i made for the dog i had before. Leyla's outfit was bought for $8.
Dressing my dogs in funny outfit became a hobby and even a therapy for me.and also , if i can make someone smile, it make it even better.
I love my girls!!!
