This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barbara, the 'Cutest Witch' costume creator:
Annabelle has a cute pink and black tutu she wears to events, and when we saw this headband with the witch's hat, green Pippi-Longstocking braids and touches of pink, it just seemed to go together. A neon green bats bandana completed the ensemble, and she was dressed to impress! Annabelle wore this to a Halloween party where we live, and she charmed everyone she met!
