Fat Cat Bastard Costume

This is my cat Snuggles (3yrs) dressed as "Fat Cat Bastard" from the Austin Powers Movies.

Her outfit was pretty easy, I found a infants white polo shirt (sz 6mo) and drew black checkered squares on the neck, then a yellow infant sweater and made alterations to fit the cat (arm length) and sewed on a Scotland shield logo iron on to rt side of chest.
I made the pants out of a old pair of pajama pants leg. I added elastic to the waist & cut down the middle & sewed it for the legs & for tail to fit thru.

As for the hat & hair, I made the hat out of a black foam sheet, added a sm white foam strip which I made red & white checkered squares & hot glued them together & added a black foam oval for the top of the hat.
I then bought a small cut of reddish brown fur & cut it for 2 long side burns & hair on the backside & hot glued it on, then attached a thin black elastic to hat so it would stay on the cats head.
