This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelby, the 'Flo' costume creator:
Kimber is a 15 month old yellow lab. She is so bubbly and full of energy. Flo from Progressive fits her character perfectly. She was such a great sport! The costume is homemade with iron on logos and print out props. The wig was modified with a chin strap and iconic blue hair ribbon. Many treats for this furry Flo.
