Kitty Witch Costume

Blink and Baxter are wearing a witch costume I constructed from three dollar store items. A child's tutu, a hair clip with colored hair and a small witch hat. First I cut 4" off the length of the tutu. Next I cut the elastic and shortened it to fit comfortably around kitty's neck and tied the elastic ends together. For the witch hat I simply hot glued the small hair clip into the cone of the hat. I also took a remnant from the tutu and tied it around the hat and secured it with another drop of hot glue.

$3.00 for a kitty costume, a half hour project time, and a pretty kitty equals a Happy Halloween! =^..^=
