This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest,
A word from Kat, the 'Sailor Mewn' costume creator:
This is Khaleesi as Sailor Moon, or Sailor Mewn if you prefer. I made this costume out of different colors of felt, gold paint, and a few rhinestones. I like to use felt to make my cat costumes because it's very cheap and it's easy to work with.
