This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Judy, the 'Salute our Troops' costume creator:
Bought the pink Barbie Jeep at a yard sale for $3. Painted it and made the costume and hat. My dog Abby is wearing the costume. Wanted to Salute Our Troops both K9 and human for all the sacrifices they make keeping us safe and free.
