Winchester is dressed as Goku from Dragon Ball Z. The idea came from the anime show. Our family has always loved watching Dragon Ball Z. It was hand made and hand painted. This is one of many costumes of Winchester. He loves every second of being dressed up. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
