This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debby, the 'The Pope and Kim Davis' costume creator:
Teddy and Timmy (chihuahuas). They are showing the actual contact that the Pope had with Kim Davis. The costumes are homemade. Teddy's wig is made out of hair extensions and his glasses are doll glasses. His skirt is actually a painted bandana. The Pope mobile is made out of boxes.
