This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angelica, the 'Wicked Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
The Wizard of Oz is our families favorite movie. Our chihuahua Tinker Bell is the wicked witch of the east. We dressed her as the witch and made her a house with all the movie characters as pop up sticks. The house is made of cardboard and decorated with construction paper. Tinker Bell sits inside the witches crystal ball. The finishing touches were the large witch hat at the top and the witches broom that we lit up with tinkling lights. A very funny sight. Happy Halloween.
