Black Swan Costume

I'm wearing a homemade costume inspired from the film "Black Swan." I tried to keep it as close to the original--down to the placement of the rhinestones and the ostrich feathers on the tutu! The wings, shoes, and tiara were store bought but I sewed the tutu myself and adapted a corset by adding the necessary feathers, gems, and satin pleats. I also made the ballet shrug pictured in one of the images from an old leotard. It took me 2 months to sew the tutu/bodice and I spent roughly $130 on all the materials and pieces. I also did my own make-up--in one pic I used face paint and made it look like a mask but in the other I went for a more accurate look and used white powder.
