This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelli, the 'Bubble Gum Machine' costume creator:
I am wearing my costume that I made. I'm 8 months pregnant so I wanted to come up with a costume that would make my bump show. :-) I glued the pom pom balls on my shirt and made the skirt out of fabric from local craft store. And had a red hat and leggings.
