This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jackie, the 'Gumball Machine' costume creator:
I created this costume myself from an old red dress, pom poms, silver duct tape and a ziplock bag! I took the dress and hot glued each pom pom on the boddess. I glued a large ziplock bag over so it would be in a "container" Then I added the duct tape "belt" and used sharpie to create the 25c. I added some $1 gumballs and a pom pom headband. Total cost $10
