Castaway's Wilson Costume

I am wearing the costume. The idea came from watching Castaway for the first time with my husband. I decided that, for an inanimate object, Wilson sure is a lovable character. I bought a 48" beach ball, paper mached 5 layers onto it using newspaper, and then spray painted it a cream color (used three cans), and then painted on the face with my fingers using a warm brown/red color. The logo on the back was hand painted. The headband was created by buying a cheap white one at Michael's, then attaching corn husks to it.
