Cruella De Vil Costume

So I'm dressed in my homemade cruela De Vil costume and my dog is dressed as a dalmatian puppy. I used an old black dress I had in my closet and some cheap costume pearls. I bought a large piece of fake fur wHite with black spots. I just sewed it so it was a large rectangle that I could wrap around my shoulders. I folded it part of the way so it looked like it had a color and used a broach to hold it closed. I borrowed the gloves and I bought the wig and cigarette holder. It took forever to do my makeup. I used a glue stick to cover up my eyebrows.
I took Dexter (my dog) to petsmart and they airbrushed spots on him. His spots cost $10 and my fake fur cost me $20 to make. My wig and cigarette was another $30. So grand total = $60.
