This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Diamond Sugar Skull Queen' costume creator:
I decided to watch many sugarskull tutorials. I had done half face half sugarskull for the last two years this was year three. I think ive came up in my costume making ability. It was a fun costume to put together i used swarovski crystals on and around my face on the sugar skull side. I had so many complements.. a super fun night.
