This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Elvis' costume creator:
I went to a Rock 'n Roll themed costume contest in Philadelphia last year hosted by ShareASale and took 1st place winning a limited edition Fender guitar from the Hard Rock Cafe! The costume is actually a men's costume (yes, I'm a woman), and I drew the chest hair on with eye liner.
