This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from April, the 'Fallout Forever' costume creator:
Here I am wearing a costume that I have been working on since last November. It consists of Raider Painspike Armor, T-51 Power Helmet, PipBoy, and MF Hyperbreeder Alpha. I handmade all of these things with the exception of the the PipBoy cast kit I obtained from Skruffy Studios! Most of this was made using Instamorph.
