This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Fortune Teller' costume creator:
I am a Fortune Teller from the Circus and I wanted to create something unique and interactive. I made this out of a cardboard box and spray painted and bedazzled it. I came up with the idea to add black lights and made fortunes to hand out.
