Genie Costume

I found the vest piece at the salvation army for less than $3 and began imagining this costume. I used several yards of green see through curtain panels for the sleeves, veiling and head piece. I made the head piece out of junk costume jewelry and hung the veiling from my waist using large key rings. I am a full time dumpster diver, DIY'r, crafter so I had everything for this costume on hand. I had gold sequined flats, a black spandex top with sequined neckline (wore a white bra that night like a fool)and craft rhinestones for the face make-up. The only other money spent was on a silly head band wig piece from the dollar tree and a pair of eye make up adhesives to ad drama.
