This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

It's simple, really. You know me, you hate me, and I'm guaranteed to always ruin your day! ...I'm gum on the bottom of a shoe. This DIY costume cost about $3.00 to make. All i did was tape some trash bags to myself and tape a shoe to the top of my head. My inspiration was every walmart parking lot that's ever betrayed me.
