This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Harley Quinn' costume creator:
I'm sure you get tonnes of Harley's. She's an awesome character so I decided to don the costume of the evil yet brilliant woman. Also, tip for the ladies. I have naturally small boobs, so in true cosplay spirit, I decided they needed that boost. Use a push up bra, then put a smaller bra over the top, and slightly lower. This will push them up. Add in some contour lines and voila.
