This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Heather the Hag' costume creator:
I Have taken and old pin stripped suit jacket and hand sewed on over 300 buttons, trinkets, feathers and much more. Took an old witch hat & boots and did the same to them. Add a black dress and wala.. I'm an Witch. Been a work in progress over 3 years now, every year I add alittle more.
