This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Ice Queen' costume creator:
I am wearing my own costume. I had gotten the idea November 1, 2015. I did a lot of research on Pinterest and developed my own version of what was out there. My crown is made of cellophane, hot glue and lots of patience. I had made my own cloak, mirror shoes, staff, and shoulder piece. It took 3 months to make the costume from head to toe. For my face makeup I used eye shadows and hot clue icicles hanging from my brows.
