This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kennyna, the 'Katy Perry's Smurfette Dress' costume creator:
I designed this costume after the inspiration of Katy Perry as Smurfette in the movie. I hand drew smurffette and Hand placed over 3000 sequins over days onto a poster board to make here life size face plate. I hand curled a blond wig and make her smurf hat our of white glitter felt. I attached a blue fur ball to the back as a tale and did my own personal make up using MAC product. All of the sequins were hand placed and it took over 12 hrs to complete.
