This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emmaleigh, the 'Little Devil' costume creator:
I bought the top and bottom online at amazon. Com the cloak is home made, the fabric was bought from Walmart , the horns the 1$ store, the contacts from mad dog smoke shop for 25$ the cuts I made out of strawberry jelly , red food coloring and eyelash glue mixed together, the stitches are prices of sewing thread. I love my costume.
