This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Little Mermaid Ariel' costume creator:
Ariel's costume was handmade. I used a simple prom dress pattern. Adding triple the amount of tulle to the bottom to create the fin look. Flounder was a homemade pattern with cording added to carry like a purse.
