This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elizabeth, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
I got my idea from the Tim Burton version of Alice in Wonderland. Tim Burton's visions are exciting and I always want to recreate them whenever I can! The outfit was simple. Although it isn't exact to the movie, the Hatter's outfit doesn't match...clothes tattered. The makeup shows that he has truly gone mad.
