Mini Caramel Frappuccino Costume

I, Patty, am wearing the costume. I wanted a big costume so I could hide my arm. I broke it & now it won't extend. I bought the fabric and white cotton from Walmart for under $15. I also bought a hula hoop which I used for the top. I used an embroidery hoop for the bottom. I made a mistake & didn't buy enough fabric and ended up with a much shorter costume. I decided to call it s mini Frap and make a baby bonnet instead of a headband for the whip cream. My friend sewed the hula hoop and embroidery hoop. She also sewed some extra fabric she had to the hula hoop & put a hole in it for my head. She then cut out arm holes. My teenager Drew & cut out the logo out of felt (50 cents at Walmart). It took her over 3 hours to do that. I glued the whipped cream (cotton) and yarn for the Carmel drizzle.
