This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Zenia, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume..the idea came to be when my daughter said she wanted to be the cat from Alice in wonderland..I had an old black and red dress I cut it and added the black,white and red felt.. From there I added all the detail work of gold ribbons and sparkly hearts (for the royal look) the crown was made of laters of foam and lots of glue and pain..it has small red and gold diamonds.
