This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Monette, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
I was dress up as Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland "Queen of Hearts"..I've always the movie so I decided to be the Queen of Hearts...
The dress is hand made by me...the fabric was bought from Hobby Lobby store and Walmart...the Hearts was cut and sew one by one...Make up I used for my face was white eye shadow and covered my eyebrow with glue sticks...the wig was bought at Amazon but I stuffed it inside so it will look more fuller than usual...I went to our local townsquare for Halloween Festival and people were line up to take a picture with me.
