This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marina, the 'Sally' costume creator:
In this one I used face paint from Party city. White cream make up, blended with blue eye shadow to create a dead, glowing effect. Black Acrylic paint to create the stitches effect and for the eyelashes. White acrylic to bring out the wounds. Dress I found while shopping at the mall/bow.
