This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sara, the 'Scarecrow from Oz' costume creator:
My group walked in a local zombie walk and we decided our theme would be , "Wizard of Of." For my face makeup I applied a lot of masking tape, liquid latex, toilet paper, and grease paint. The costume I purchased at the store but added onto it by inserting a fake rib cage with hay around it. The flying monkey was made and painted by me.
