This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Shivering Bones' costume creator:
I found a skeleton dress and thought it would be fun to do my whole face. I used pure hazel contest and painted my face white and did my eyes black. My teeth was the hard part I just look at skeletons.
