This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cullen, the 'Snow White' costume creator:
The person wearing the costume is me. I purchased the costume and remade the skirt. The wig was also one I purchased online. Overall the costume was about $250. A lot of time is spent on the makeup in particular, which takes over an hour to do and includes circle lenses, fake lashes, and a lot of base makeup. The dress is two layers, the overdress which includes the skirt, bodice, and Cape, and the underdress which is the petticoat skirt and slip for the bodice.
