This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Stewie Griffin from Family Guy' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. Family Guy is my favorite show and I wanted to be something cute but funny. I got red pants and paired it with blue high heels. I pinned yellow paper to my pants and also got red suspenders and wore a yellow tank top. Lastly, I got the mask from ebay. As I went out, I also found a big teddy bear to be my Rupert later that night.
