This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Storm' costume creator:
Hand made costume. I bought a leotard and added gold duck tape. Made my cape from fabric I cut and sewed with a gold duck tape trim. I made my crown from felt I cut and glued on a headband
