A Sucker for a Deal Costume

I made this costume to wear on a game show and ended up wearing it for Halloween in 2015! I bought a black shirt, some lollipops and hot glued them to the shirt! I then made a little top hat out of craft foam and hot glued it to a headband. Next I made a giant sucker out of styrofoam circle and a dowel and hot glued foam letters and colored foam on it. I then made a colorful tutu skirt out of tulle to wear then I hot glued colorful foam circles to a pair of black shoes! This was so much fun to wear! Total cost for this costume was around 40.00.
