This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charlie, the 'Undead School Girl' costume creator:
I am wearing a costume that I put together using pieces that I bought and pulled from my old dance costumes. The face paint I did myself and took me almost an hour to perfect. I am wearing ocean blue contacts to add to the over all creepiness.
