Ursula Costume

I am wearing the costume. I made it because i love the movie the little mermaid and ursula is one if my favorite characters. I started of with a one piece leotard. Then i bought a black dress cut it to be strapless. I then cut the bottom into 6 triangles. I purchased material and before i glued it into place i put wire. Once the glue was dried i cut the triangles into tenticle shapes. I then shaped the tenticles and glued them into place. Added my makeup and wig.
