This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
I love Disney and I love big costumes. I started with a hoop skirt under and sewed the tentacles with satin. I stuffed each tentacle and put wire inside so the bend easy. The shell necklace was made by my son out of clay. I had a great time!
