This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Traci, the 'Whoopi' costume creator:
Hello, Ready to make Whoopi? I am a 48 year old women who has a nack for the creative. For Halloween I decided to make Whoopi,...literally! I grabed an old black jacket, and big white shirt. Then I personally handmade the dread wig from supplies from a wig shop and top it all of with some dark make up and whoopi like tennis shoes.
I have fun everytime I dress like Whoopi cause folks think I'm the real thing, that is until I have to tell them I'm not.
