This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dana, the 'Wicked Witch' costume creator:
I wanted to be the Wicked Witch of the East. So I bought the witches hat for less than $5 at Walmart, bought the black dress at a thrift store, the stockings were from a goth/punk boutique many years ago, the boots were from KMart and cost under $20 on sale, and the green makeup was less than $5 at Walmart. The cat (my familiar) is a rescue :)
