This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberly, the 'Willy Wonka' costume creator:
With the passing last year of one of my favorite actors and also who happened to be in also one of my favorite movies I knew I had to pay homage.
This is my best effort to the one and only Willy Wonka.
