This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alicia, the 'Witch' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume I use a old shirt to maker the wich face cut it and saw filled it up with Fome and painted it then I attached to another shirt so the face will be on my stomach
Then I made the hat out of construction paper
Cover it with see true fabric made a cout out
On the hat to see true the fabric
Then I made the hands and dress. Under my waist is the witche body.
