This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Candice, the 'Wrigley Deville' costume creator:
I wanted to make a play on Cruella Deville but that's not original..So I went with Wrigley Deville and I wore a red coat with blue garland and white clothes underneath and attached cubs spots and cubbies to my coat... Was a great costume for tonight even though we lost.. I want those Cubbies and I want them now..Woof Woof..
