This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katherine, the 'Cotton Candy' costume creator:
Miss Kinsley Grace is wearing her very first halloween costume in her signature color pink. My little dream is a cotton candy poof on a stick and is oh so sweet!! I used poli-fill, a glue gun, fabric spray, a white foam sheet, and a white onsie to create this yummy costume!
