This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arica, the 'Cotton Candy' costume creator:
I had everything laying around in my closet I took filler and an over sized t-shirt cute the sleeves off and used spray adhesive to the shirt and pressed the filler onto it let it dry and fluffed it back out and then spray painted lightly
