This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nikki, the 'Cotton Candy Girl' costume creator:
Miss Lola Dee is wearing the costume her grandma made her. Grandma worked at popcorn store and always loved making cotton candy and thought up this cute idea. Hot glued pillow fill onto a cap and onto a bodysuit. Then spray painted the fluff and used a paper cone on the top. It was a lot of work but also a lot of fun. We love the finished product so much!!!!
